Terminal 1 Concourse C. This girl was so sweet. I looked at the receipt and her name is DULCE! She represents her name well! Somebody make her a manager of a real store. The best customer service I have had in quite some time!!!

Always great at the C concourse. The lady’s there know the product and always take good care of me on cleaning glasses on other pairs that I previously bought. I buy a pair almost every time I travel

Superior customer service at OHare, C concourse. They explained all of the features of the new Stories. They also shared the benefits of the Sun Love protection plan and since I’m at the airport quite often they invited me to stop in anytime with questions. It was so refreshing to receive excellent service!!!
