Miska and Chris were wonderful at the front desk. While doing the 28 point check, the tech discovered multiple issues of concern. Now, I realize that the point of the 28 pt check is to generate more business but it is also for safety. We were brought out to the car and shown what the issues were, we werent just told about it, they actually showed it to us (us being.my husband and my self. My husband is pretty handy with cars). We would have not discovered this on our own unless we were replacing the brakes and/or drums. Did it cost us money......yes but Chris worked really hard to provide every discount possible. In the end, we had peace of mind and the car a lot smoother than before. This was our first time at NTB. We don't leave our cars unattended unless we trust the mechanics. As lo g as the same tech works on our car, we will leave our car in his capable hands. Thank you Chris and Miska!
NTB tires has great prices in the town, with the current sale on Michelin tires, plus, basic tires installation free with Michelin Wipers(free), don't forget to fill form for 70 bucks rebate on Michelin website. Overall great experience with sales representative Ms. MISHKA brought my tires from Renton because Chantilly didn't had those tires in rack. She also understood my situation and accepted walk-ins for tires replacement. Well, I did call them before a day to make sure Michelin Defender LTX M/S were available for my 2016 Toyota Highlander LE Plus. Everything was done within 3 hours, however, still recommend the call with fixed appointment for lesser time!! Great job NTB.
You are taken care of 100% the moment you set foot in this shop. Especially Dwight, the master technician, stands out the most. His attention to detail is second to none. I cannot recommend him enough.
