We went in the store at 8:59 and the lady there was like we open at 9 u guys cant be in here ill get in trouble. I was so surprised when she basically kicked us out even when they opened a minuted later. Horrible effort shown from her only because her manager wasnt there at the time.
Terrible service. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a sub when I am 2nd in line. Bri and Felicia are half-wits. Didn't care about prompt service. Didn't seem prepared even though they were open for 30 minutes. These 2 aren't going far in life. Not rude just terrible workers. Singing all the time not remember the customers orders, even though I could state their exact sub. I love Subway, might avoid this one.
My husband ordered a flatbread sandwich. The lady there was rude and condescending. She didn't even try to give a crap about her job. Then when we finally received his sandwich, it had moldy bread! We tried to get a refund and the lady said she couldn't refund the money because "she didn't know how to" and that she was "the only person at the restaurant". I for one am mortified and would NOT recommend this Subway unless you want to be talked down to and get food poisoning.
This place is an absolute joke!!! Every order we made on an online order was wrong!! How hard is it to read! ?!?!?! You call about it because your working and don't have all day to inform them and all you get is smart mouthed disrespect. This is the worst subway I have ever been to beware! I hope the owners of this particular location read these reviews. But the may be just as careless and ignorant as the people that are working there.
Love this store. The night shift people are very polite and friendly. Stores always clean so I keep going back every week🥰
