Last time I bought in that store, I ordered my sandwiches and when I got to pick them up they said that my order did not appear in the system but in my bank account the transaction had been carried out and the manager said that they could not give me my sandwiches or my money until my order appeared in your system? Seriously, I realized that she only cares about the money and not the costumers, she did not argue much so I had better ask my bank to make the claim, not more in that store.

We ordered three sandwiches on there app at 11:45 and our food was supposed to be ready by 12:05, we arrived to pick up our food at 12:15 and they hadn't even started making it. We ended up getting our food at 12:40. Then when we got back to work to eat we found our sandwiches were made wrong. My advice is just go in to order so you can make sure your food is prepared correctly.

Absolutely horrible! I was spoke to in profanity. I placed an order for over $67 and was told I was a liar and never paid through DoorDash. I had several forms of confirmation (credit card, email and DoorDash app.) The gentleman was extremely rude, he had zero respect for women. I have never received such horrible service in my life. I did call DoorDash and they did apologize, even though it wasn’t their fault. (Very nice) I called DoorDash because Subway refused to make my food or give me a refund. When I spoke to DoorDash they said my order was marked as delivered. On my end it was stared as processing. DoorDash said it was an error on the store. I had to go in person to Subway in order to speak with someone because they continued to hang up when I called!!!! Please go somewhere else! We have so many other amazing restaurants/food services in American Canyon. Subway AC is NOT what our community tolerates or is about!

Worst service. I place my order online and by the time I got there they told us that there was no order for me I show them that they actually charge me on my card but they still didn't do anything about it. I ask for a refund and the owner said no because there was no order for me. There's a lot of mold by the soda machine we told one of the employees about it and they said they know about it but the owner doesn't want to do something about it. Please don't visit this place it seems the owner cares more about the money that anything in general.
