If I could leave less of a review I would. Since new ownership prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and Formulas are no longer being met. Unsure if on accident, due to employees not being properly trained, due to language barriers, or on purpose to save money and cut corners. Just drive to the flying j in Stockton don’t waste your time and money here 0/10 do not recommend.

I'm not a regular at Subway, we all have our reasons. I'm traveling for work, and it met the need. THIS Subway is AWESOME!!!! It is so refreshing to see a Subway that is run like they all used to be, Friendly, interested, fresh, great interaction,. EVERYTHING is awesome!!! So many large city subways are meh' to me, If they all were ran like this one, I would be a regular. The corporate structure could learn a lot from THIS owner and his friendly staff !!!! They are doing it EXACTLY right !!!

This location is absolutely disgusting. The AC NEVER runs. It was 101 degrees when we went in last week. We have been inside several times in the last few months and I always thought it was extremely warm, but I just equated it to be the ovens running or something along those lines. I asked an employee last week if the AC was broken and he said " The owner doesn't turn it on." New ownership took place in January and the place has just gone down hill ever since. Pretty sure someone will get really sick eating food out of that place with the temperature and cleanliness issues. This place needs a health inspector to shut it down.

Food is good but service is rude and impatient. Others have probably gotten the good side of subways service but these new employees are rude and impatient your just making a sandwich it doesn't have to be stressful. I also don't like the fact that the first window you can't even see what they have. Please address this problem.

I was having a real bad day today and the mature gentleman, who I assume owns the place, was very kind and professional with me. Something I don’t typically expect from any establishment in this small town. A lot of people judge a book by its cover around here but he did not. I appreciate that sir. Especially on a day like today. Thanks and keep up the good work. Also, the food was good and the place was clean.
