The laziest location you will encounter. Ordered online to pickup, wasn’t ready at promised time. I walk in to see one of my sandwiches sitting open faced, dressed, ready to be wrapped. Instead of just finishing wrapping the sandwich, he left it there and went to help a walk in customer, even though Hailee was doing nothing. So watched him make someone else’s order while my meatball grew soggier by the minute. After the 7 minute torture of watching, he wrapped my sandwich and proceeded to make the other two items. Of course they had no multigrain bread either, they only had 2 to choose from. I specifically asked for my pizza to be cut in four on the online instructions and the effort put in to cut it is comical, see photo :) also, apparently their toaster is broken because no cheese was melted, thought that was weird.

We placed an online order and got notified that it was ready. When we arrived our food was not ready. I had to wait in the store 15 minutes before it was even done. The woman working said she was the only one there even though there was two other employees making other customers orders. They finished the customers sandwiches that walked in after me before finishing my online order. She even walked into the back instead of helping the customers that came in behind me. I don't know if she was training and was over worked but this was definitely the worst experience we have ever had at this subway. Please get the help your staff needs to make your customers happier.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, and it was mess.. cuts in the tortilla and impossible to pick up. The whole wrap fell apart when I tried to pick it up. Thre most of it away.. someone needs to teach their artist to make a wrap... I won't order there again.

Andrew is a poorly raised, entitled little scoundrel. Leaving him and Hailee, alone, to run the store, was a mistake. And I‘m not the only one, tonight, who thought so… As we (customers) waited patiently, the lady in front of me, turns and gives me a look—and from one black woman, to another, I knew exactly what that look meant—she was growing impatient with the poor service.

Need to learn how to toast subs. Order toasted, noted on the order but got this. Then manager made me out to be a lier and said there most honest worker made these and toasted them. I texted photos.. she said there is a little toasted parts on them but cant help its not toasted to my liking. I like subway this my not keep me from going back to a subway. But don't make the custom out to be lying when someone has a reason to complain. REALLY THAT'S TOASTED?
