This is the worst subway i have ever been to. The manager should definitely give everyone name tags so when we add reviews they are more specific. Let me start with the blonde girl who works here- i believe she has a very big nose as I always find it in my business. She always has to talk over others making it very inconvenient to place an order. The other guy with dark hair looks like he just woke up from sleep and is being forced to work. When he does your order- RUN!!! All the veggies are out of place and most importantly- he never changes his gloves between different orders. This is the nicest I can be and I had to choose the 1 star cuz thats the min or I would have given you BIG ZERO. This is their wrap- so neatly not wrapped!!! And maybe if the people start working , orders wont be delayed!!!

I am a frequent visitor to the particular location. For the most part, it’s a good spot, only lack of employees slowing down production and creating long wait times and long lines during lunch. This particular lunch visit was disappointing. The usual long lines were an issue as I anticipated it, I was happy to see a full line of employees making sandwiches this time. The flow was definitely faster and I thought that was great while in the line until I reached the veggie/completion stage. They had a young inexperienced employee building and finishing the orders. I ordered a simple Roasted Chicken Wrap and added some veggies. I am never one to complain and I didn’t this time however you can see from my pictures, more training was needed. There were something many of each vegetable that the wrap could not close. It couldn’t be folded or wrapped so it was just rolled up in the paper and sent to me. It had the vegetables on the outside of the wrap as well that made it very soggy and just not good. The wrap would have filled two different salad bowls. I had to get a fork and sift through all of it to find any chicken. It was so off putting that I ate about a third of it and tossed the soggy rest of it. In their defense , this is not a regular thing, most of the time it’s the extreme opposite which is not enough vegetables. Also, the cashier and I both watched in awe of their person struggling to quickly fit all this in the wrap while moving on the the next customer in the long line, and neither of us said “please take out about half of that, and it will work better” so I take some blame too.

Terrible quality of food. Feel bad for the workers. They seem mistreated and short staffed always. Do better subway. Your food at this location is TERRIBLE!!!

All I have to say is I know we all have bad days but seriously just quit your job if your that miserable even after your asked ? Having a bad day and your just still in a mood ! Mental health js important so if you feel like this at work definitely just leave the job

I used the Subway app. to order, 5 minutes later an employee called me and stated that the refrigeration system was not working. I requested a refund. The employee told me that I had to request the refund throw the app.and I emailed the area manager Kevin Schwartz. I had no response. BAD SERVICE !!!
