I want to personally thank Thomas, Jennifer, and Dominic for their wonderful service yesterday as I was also ultimately able to walk out of there as a car owner!! From start to finish, they competently guided me through the steps!! For someone new to the whole car buying experience and everything in between, I feel I’ve not only left out with my ideal car but also with insightful life skills!! Save your self the headache and go to a different dealership. The level of incompetency between the sales manager and sales person is not worth any vehicle. 1. To start, they erroneously provided Ally with an incorrect turn in date on my previous lease resulting in a $450 charge that I am still disputing with Ally (this was in April it is in now middle of July). They assured me that they had grounded the vehicle with the correct date but that story quickly changed after I received a notice from Ally as they had no record the vehicle was turned it. When they sent the correct document to Ally I still had to go back to Tom because they didn't fill out the document completely (i.e., forgot to sign it)! 2. The day we came to pick up the new vehicle, I had previously communicated to Dean I only had 1.5 hours to go through all of the paper work, turn in, etc. Once again, I was assured that this would be enough time. The day we showed up my wife and I ended up sitting in the show room for an hour and fifteen minutes before we were finally called back to sign all of the paperwork for the new vehicle. Given I only had 15 minutes this was obviously very rushed. 3. They have no problem calling you constantly once the transaction is completed about the survey but regarding the actual mistake they made with Ally it has been radio silent. 4. They also use shady sales tactics with forcing customers to pay hundreds of dollars for nitrogen air in the tires. We were only told about this once we we're signing the documents for the vehicle that this was "non-negotiable". Make sure to keep an eye out for these charges if you choose to do business here. In summary, if you don't like having your time wasted and dealing with $500 errors then I would suggest going to a different dealership who knows what they are doing.
