Took my husband there for Father’s Day with our family. It was by far our worst experience! We used to be frequent customers! Customer service has definitely gone from there will not be going back anytime soon! After ordering popcorn and waiting almost 25 minutes for it and seeing everyone else get theirs, it was clear they had forgotten us so when I asked one person, he said I don’t know. Let me check and never came back and then we asked to cancel it they sent the manager over to tell us that it’s actually only been 19 minutes since we’ve ordered popcorn! Which considering the theater was empty when we ordered, I just thought that was incredibly rude to not just acknowledge the fact that they had forgotten about us! And try to make it right instead of telling me that it’s only been 19 minutes waiting on popcorn like that was a good thing! Then we ordered our food and it was terrible. We had burgers with stale buns. My husband had the hot Nashville chicken sandwich, which was so incredibly overcooked and salty, and the buns again hard as rock! So sad to see a cool place go downhill like that! We used to love going there!
Had a terrible experience. Went on $6 dollar Tuesday, ordered my food early at 6:30, movie started at 7:15 and didn’t get food until 8pm. Then they forgot about my popcorn and beer I had ordered earlier, when I told the server she said they already had closed my tab and it would be easier to just give me the popcorn at the very end of the movie. Really bad service, would not recommend coming here. Spend your money at Edwards or Maya theatre's, you’ll have better service
We saw Twisters today which was a good movie but waiting a whole hour for our food is not ok. Waiting over almost exactly an hour on a burger and fries plus pizza is not right. The bar was cool though 10/10 on that part 👍
DO NOT preorder tickets online for SMG!! I bought tickets online for a movie through their platform and paid $18 plus a $3.90 processing fee through their platform. We get to the theater 10 minutes before the movie starts and are informed that they will have to issue a refund because their projector went down. They process the refund, but only $18. I explained I paid $21.90, but they told me they can’t refund the processing fee, even though we couldn’t watch the movie because their projector was down, wouldn’t let us exchange it for a different movie, and bought the tickets through their platform. There was no disclosure the processing fee would not be refunded if we missed the movie through no fault of our own. I feel like they robbed me. It wasn’t a lot of money, but the principle.
Don't order food 10! minutes before your show they'll make you wait til the show starts before show starts they won't even let you in on time for it and get told all sorts of excuses so dumb why even have the option I'm already in the theater previews are going and I still don't have what I order it's been 20 minutes and I finally got it wow and the rudeness of the employees just making up premade excuses cmon be professional and tell the truth
