The theater is pretty nice. Seats are comfortable. Food is not good. It cost $18 for a burger and fries. The bun was so hard that I couldn't bite through it. I tapped the top of the bun with my fingernail, and it sounded like I was tapping on an egg shell. If you are going to market yourself as a food and movie venue, then make the food exciting. The man next to me ordered the chicken strips and ended up returning them because they were cold and dry. It took over 20 min to get a glass of water. So go for the movie but skip the food and you'll be fine
This place is really dirty. The floor needs to be vacuumed right when you walk in, tables and doors had finger prints and just nasty film on them. Also has a musty smell. We got to our movie ab 30 mins early but they were still cleaning the theater so we waited in the lobby, at the 15 min mark we went back in and they were still “cleaning”. movie didn’t start at the scheduled time and the tables were still wet and dirty. Soda cup rings and sticky substance. A nice lady wiped it down for us. Food was okay just place is dirty. The projector was also broken because there was a faint white line in the middle of the screen. Probably not gonna come back here. For almost $70 date night I would prefer some place that is clean and we don’t have to do much waiting around. Also 18% tipping fee is automatically added to your total.
I had a better experience last year than I did yesterday. The girl who took my order and my boyfriends didn’t fully take my order. She wasn’t listening I had to tell her again what I ordered and items was missing from my order a waffle. I called for assistance the manager said she was going to take care of me for my missing waffle since the person who took my order didn’t explain all they came with it and that didn’t happen. When I was using my call button to ask about my other missing item my drink. People was ignoring my call button pushing it onto the next person. So when I finally got a person to listen I didn’t get my drink til the movie was halfway through she said it would be complimentary but proceeds to still charge for it. She corrected it after I brought it to her attention. Normally I don’t write reviews but yesterday how I was treated made me write one.
We went to see Guardians of the Galaxy V3. The staff was very attentive, and the movie theater was very clean. The floor was a little bit sticky, but that is to be expected. We had dinner there and they already added a tip to the bill so since they did that and the staff did not tell us about ahead of time, I did not add an additional tip to the bill. If they would have told us ahead of time, it would’ve been different. The bathroom was horrendous! Half of the stalls were out of order and the other half were disgusting. I wills say 3.5 stars for this place. I totally was not impressed. But the movie was great!
I came in to watch bad boys and I usually had bad experiences but I was given a free ticket to come back and after this trip I will definitely be coming back again. My server’s name was Myra and she went above and beyond with me. Usually a server would come take my order an I would never see them again. She brought me my food and was very attentive when I asked for extra napkins and silverware. If it is possible to request for servers, I will definitely ask for her next time I come in as this is the first positive experience I have had in a while. Keep hiring servers like her.
