Today, I called customer service for an event that we have tickets to. It’s a multi day event, and we are unable to go to the day we purchased tickets for. They could have told us to get lost, but the person on the line that helped me was understanding, didn’t give me a hard time at all, and was very helpful in changing the tickets to another date. I truly didn’t expect this level of service. It was welcomed and appreciated in todays day and age. Bravo and thanks!
