Had my property vandalized and stolen my daughters and I belongings in a coded indoor facility there’s a bunch of thief's and drug users on property as well as people living on property worse storage place I’ve ever rented from and what makes it even worse after my belongings got stolen the owner had the nerve to charge me for putting the trash that was left after being robbed next to the dumpster 150/250 smh I’ll say if u can find better do so owners don’t care about what u go through even if your property that was stolen under there security.

Employees were so kind and helpful! We were able to take a tour around the park to view our spot before we went through the paperwork and we greatly appreciated that! GREAT prices! 5/5 Recommend!

I tried to finish my rental online and I couldn’t. I went in to the office and although the woman was helpful, the software was really poor. Waited at least an hour while all of my info was entered again and again. I was supposed to start my rental on 4/22/24 but ended up having to start it on 4/11/24. Then, I get email that wants me to enter all of the information that was already entered at the store. Really poor customer experience.

Place is a dump. Live an hour away. 1st time down with my truck loaded, the entry code given, would not work. Wasted trip. 2nd time down, there was a lock on my assigned unit. Was there during office hours. Door locked, phone not answered. Luckily I ran into the property manager going into a back door She gave excuses as to why the entry pad wasn’t working & why there was a lock. I asked if they had a cart or dolly. Of course the answer was no. Any other storage facility has this amenity. So, I would’ve had to make about 30 (one way)trips down 2 long corridors. She said she had a dolly that I could possibly use, near her office, but never heard from her again. The trash in the parking lot & in the facility was unbelievable. Needless to say, I left, found a cleaner, more professional storage facility that had accessible & helpful staff and a larger unit at a lower price. Unbelievable!
