Nasty and rude inside. Maybe stop buying properties for millions to expand already existing stores when what the store really needs is people who are happy to work there.

I don't remember his name, but the blue haired kid on night shift made my experience at this Stewart's horrid! Livid over this experience. We came in around 10:30 p to get milkshakes, but were denied service & given attitude the entire time. My husband & I came in & stood at the ice cream counter for or over 10 minutes!! Absolutely absurd amount of time to wait for a milkshake that already takes a good amount of time to make. Finially we had to walk over to the far registers across the store & wait in the line of customers Actually!! being Served. The kid at the register stopped me half way through my request to tell me we had to wait over at the ice cream area of we wanted ice cream. I explained to him that we waiting there for 10 minutes and he said I was crazy!! That it hadn't been thar long, but if he knows it hasn't been that long doesn't that mean he was watching us wait and NOT serving us!!? Anyway we do as he says and go back to the ice cream counter. Few minutes later, Low and behold, he comes over and tells us that they stop serving milkshakes at 11pm. My husband then gets involved & raised him voice to explain that we got there at 1030p. A brief argument insued to which we were lauged at and KICKED OUT over. Cannot believe this insanity thy is this Stewart's. Will not be back

We went in today to get cold brew coffees made for us. The 2 women were so rude (2 ladies with glasses) they looked at my husband and said “we have a make your own stations” he said he don’t like using that he likes the cold brew out of the jug like all the other Stewart’s shops he goes to use and not warm Cold brew from the machine at the self serve… They refused to make our coffees and forced us to make it ourselves. And we’re very very rude the entire time. That’s not how you treat paying customers, we have our coffees made for us no problem at any other Stewart’s we go to she absolutely refused and was very snippy and rude the entire time.

Hey EV drivers there R 4 DC superchargers on site & the staff here R super nice during the wait. Thx Shawna for hookn me up w/a Midnight (apparently coffee poured over wuteva flavor ice cream U want yummmmm - not js a small plain vanilla affogato :)

Our FAVORITE ice cream and this store is our definite go to. The staff is friendly and helpful, and not only is the ice cream the very best, but all their dairy is too (milk, half and half, eggnog, eggs...) We are do fortunate to have them in our area.
