They need to learn how to make coffee. Don't be lazy like that guys. You have to mix and combine everything before you add ice to the cup. If it had zero star, I would give them to this store. Everyone sees white chocolate mocha at the bottom, coffee at the middle and then the heavy cream on the top.

Stopped here for a couple iced coffee’s and warned pumpkin loaf. Drive thru was fast and everything was delicious. The employees were friendly and professional. Easy on off access from I75. Would stop here again.

Order was not ready 30 mins after ordering and drinks were not made right. We travel for a living and know what our drinks taste like. Rather than fix, they argued and didn't want to replace. We just left because we know how to act like adults unlike the staff there. When you pay $7-8 for an iced coffee, you expect it to be to your liking. Definitely keep this location on our slip list.

They did our order wrong and the lady in the video had a bad attitude and denied to replace our order. I'm a social media influencer I will publish the bad service of the employees that Starbucks is providing on this location. Felt racist and profiling.

This is in response to Huy Dam. I know exactly who you are. You came in and when you placed your order you told me exactly how to make it. You said “don’t put the ice first, mix the white mocha first.” If you’re going to condescend us like that why don’t you come around the counter and make your own drink since you seem to know so much. Or better yet, why don’t you make your own coffee at home and leave us alone. I admit, the picture you posted is atrocious, but you could have easily mixed it yourself. If you went out of your way to make us look bad why have I seen you come back to the store. If it were me I wouldn’t come back to a store where I was unhappy with the product.
