Not helpful. Cashier seemed annoyed at taking my order. Then, they offer me no sugar or asked if I even wanted any. And no self serve anymore. Very disappointing. So I have a drink I'm just going end up throwing away.

Great staff. I usually order through the app when I'm leaving the airport and they have my drink ready by the time arrive. 🎉🎉🙌 Ps. Getting your drink right takes skill and professionalism when these service workers have made 200 others that sounds just like yours that morning. So, don't forget to tip your baristas!

Your typical Starbucks except unlike many other locations that have taken away seating this one actually still has tables and chairs and an outdoor patio area with the same. That was refreshing.

Update: thought we'd give it another chance. Nope. Still the same. Clearly the days of quality or even caring service is over. Sorry, it's a no-go from now on. Location is ok. Parking can be challenging. Staff is inconsistent. Not your typical friendly batistas as other locations. Couldn't even get a simple cup of coffee without waiting forever!

I rarely go to Starbucks because I don't like drinking 5 dollar bills, but I had a great experience here! I walked in with a couple friends and we were warmly welcomed (we were the only people there)! The employees were friendly and helpful in every way and they kept the store perfectly clean! I really like this area (Liberty Station) to walk around in the evenings and on a cool evening like this one a hot drink was welcome and just in the right location!
