I visited this store before leaving San Diego. The store is within walking distance from the Santa Fe Depot. There weren't many customers during my visit. So I was able to place my order without any wait. I ordered a Chocolate Brownie, a tall Hot Chocolate, and a Tomato & Mozzarella Sandwich. I collected my order and settled on one of the chairs facing the streets. Enjoying the Hot Chocolate while looking at the MTS trains was a delightful experience. The rest of the items from my order were good as well. The store looks big but has limited indoor seating. They have an outdoor seating area as well. The staff were polite and helpful. I had a pleasant experience during my visit to this Starbucks store.

It was the worst experience ever. A new person is working there. From the coffee place you expect a fast and friendly service. It's definitely not about this person, who couldn't move slower even if tried. I don't know about the quality of the drink because I couldn’t wait 10 more minutes (that is exactly how much time it took this employee to make a drink for the person before me)

This was definitely the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to! The workers were awesome and the service was very good! The ambiance was cool and the choice of music was good too! I stopped 30 minutes before they closed to take a little break and at no moment they made me feel pressured to leave! Congratulations to the workers on August 8th at 6 pm the service was awesome.

Great place great coffee but no power outlets! What’s a Starbucks if not for a pick me up for your self with coffee and your devices with power! Very interesting choice on the management’s side. Great place though and there are outside places to sit at . Shame
