every time I go to the Starbucks, I get angry they make my drink wrong every single time I go here. I am so mad that I spent my money here today. My espresso is always shaking and And it’s never filled to the top. This is the only Starbucks I ever go to that they never fill my drink to the top and I ordered the same drink at every single Starbucks. I will never come back here again.

Josh deserves a promotion and raise. I've had the pleasure of him being my drive through barista for about three months and no matter what, he always has a smile and time for a chat. I appreciate you Josh!!

Drive thru was fast and easy, person taking order listened and was easy to hear. There was a long line but it moved quickly and I wasn't waiting long enough to notice. My drink was exactly what I wanted, hot, and perfectly made. Consistency is key and they nailed it. Thanks!

So, I had an order I knew was beyond ready for pickup. There was not a single car in line at the drive thru. So, I drive straight up to window to grab the order. Rude Asian girl was like, “ Next time if you would use the speaker to grab your order that’d be great.” She literally just has to turn around and grab the order off the table and hand it to me. No other words need to be said. Sorry, I broke up social hour at the drive thru.

I go to the store once a week to take treats to my horse trainer. They are always so fast, friendly and get the order correct each time. Today they went above and beyond telling me to have a wonderful day. 🥳
