I don’t usually post reviews, but the ladies at this Starbucks were fantastic! I ordered a hot sandwich and coffee, got my sandwich very fast, coffee took a bit longer but they were pretty busy. Everyone was so polite and were clearly working very hard to make everyone’s orders correctly. I watched them make so many drinks with such care and attention to detail. They also had cups of ice water made up for people to take, and that was very thoughtful! Thank y’all for a great experience this morning!

I got Cafe Misto which is from brewed coffee with whole milk. It must’ve been the leftovers of coffee they used for my order. Not a very good experience at Starbucks and the mug cups’ price was not clear both FL one and Miami one. Tricky price difference as I assume. Disappointing overall.

Waited in a slow line and ordered 2 drinks and was charged extra because they rang it up incorrectly. I asked about it and they said that’s just how they ring it up that specific drink and it showed that way on the receipt because of tax, even though tax always shows separately at the bottom. They also mentioned their listed prices are not accurate compared to what they ring up and also different in the app. I tried to get a refund, the manager wasn’t sure how and got attitude. I asked what my options were and you could see and hear the attitude/frustration. Still didn’t get the money right and wish I saved my money.

Over a dozen people waiting for their drinks to be made. Two ladies making them and one gentleman taking orders when one of the ladies stops making drinks and goes and grabs chips to restock the shelves. Leaving one person making drinks for the dozen people waiting. Took over 20 min to get our drink while she played with the stuff on the shelves. Meanwhile the poor guy was trying to take orders and help make drinks.

Apparently they close at 855pm. I was standing on line for 10 minutes. They took care of the person in front of me. Over 5 workers saw me on line. When my turn arrived, the “pleasant cashier” said they were close. False advertising!
