This has got to be the WORST Starbucks I've been at so far. I couldn't get app to work correctly to order a decaf mocha frappuccino, so had to stand in line. Wait wasn't too bad. I was not welcomed by girl at register. I gave her my order, then was told they didn't have mocha. Seems strange doesn't it? Changed order to decaf caramel frappuccino and a regular caramel frappuccino. There were several orders ahead of me and app as well. During my wait, they were chatting and joking around and minimally working on orders. When I finally got my order, my decaf didn't look right (see pix). The regular frappuccino was fine. I had to get a food order elsewhere after. When I finally had time to taste decaf, there was NO decaf in it. I had time to go back to counter and showed another employee a pix of two I ordered and the one in my hand. I showed her receipt for decaf. She said they gave me a cream only. Said she would remake. No apology or extra compensation for their mistake. She took back first drink and gave me new, correct one. Again, no apology. Whoever is Manager over this group, needs to retrain immediately. They obviously don't understand how to serve customers. Starbucks does have a reputation to uphold. In a central location, such as Ft. Lauderdale Airport, you are very visible to the public.
I ordered a mocha frappe with 1 pump mocha no whipped cream shot expresso skim milk. I got some kind of cookie dough frappe with whipped cream and regular milk and full cookies mixed in when I told the person who made it this was not the correct order she was combative and dismissive I told her I see cookie chunks this is not what I ordered and she fought with me and said it was. The line was too long for me to go back after I tasted it. The girls who took my order were really nice. But the people making the coffee are rude. Ended up throwing it out
It's understandable that it is busy prime a.m. flight time and the wait can be a little longer than the app says. But they were literally ignoring mobile orders. It was 30 minutes to get a regular black coffee-- they put all the stickers to the side and just... ignored them. Then when you asked after 20+ minutes they looked around shrugged and went back to whatever they were doing. When you pressed they were rude.
This has to be the worst customer service I ever received at a Starbucks. The two people making drinks on May 13, 2024 at 1pm were very rude. I was told by the person taking my order that I can ask the people making the drinks for a glass of water. I waited a very long time for my order to be made. I didn’t want to interrupt them making someone else’s drink. When my drink finally came they told me they don’t do that here and completely ignored me after. I also witness them talking on their personal phones while making drinks and not giving another customer a little extra almond milk for their coffee. These people really don’t seem like they want to do their job or be there at all.
I haven’t leave a Google review in so long, but the experience today at this Starbucks deserve it - THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! The employee called ‘Willchana’ shouldn’t be working with customer service AT ALL - No words existed to explain how AWFUL and full of hate he attention was. The way she looked at us, her facial expression, honestly it was disturbing!! I just hope she can find another job for her best and all customers that comes here.
