For the first time ever in my Starbucks life... the cashier remembered me, and my previous order AT THE AIRPORT! And it's been 2 weeks since I've been here ♡ I was ecstatic! I guess its the little things but this really made my day. I really appreciate good customer service. So thank you for having her onboard Starbucks! Oh! And my drink... it was perfect! 2:45pm on 5/20

Stayed waiting to be acknowledged in the drive through it was 5:21 what time do y'all open it says 4am in the website??? Left with nothing.......

The man in the drive thru this morning was very impatient. Rushed me to order wouldn't answer my question and then wouldn't give me a receipt. I got a sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream and it wasn't to the standard of any other Starbucks I've ever been to. I couldn't get his name because he kept closing the window Everytime I tried to speak
