We had 2 $15 vouchers and purchased $16 items. The staff print out our order without reminding us the vouchers are one-time use only, even if we inquiry the usage of the voucher beforehand. Good job🙂

Usually pretty efficient given the volume of people. Didn’t love that they left the turkey bacon off of my turkey bacon sandwich and the coffee beans seem burned sometimes. I’ll come back because it’s convenient, but there’s room for improvement.

Horrible ladies with a bunch of unfriendly attitudes and frowns. And the one girl was SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW. And did not care. The extremely slow girl made my drink and it was disgusting. Tasted like milk and cream and water. I ask another lady to make it and it was just as disgusting. They have no idea what they are doing. Starbucks is too expensive for the drinks to be remade TWICE and still come out wrong. It was so bad that I threw it away. I took a few sips and just trashed it. My daughter drank hers because she paid for it, but I requested a refund through the app and I suggested to my daughter she should do the same. I only order 1 thing from Starbucks and they have ruined it for me.

Normally I have a good experience when I visit this location. However this time several associates behind the counter talking among themselves but not helping the customers. Possibly they were training not sure. I can accept maybe this was a one off!

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks in the airport. It's reliably excellent for a quick caffeine fix while traveling. 5/5! ☕✈️ Even tho sometimes the line is long, they go thru it quickly.
