Like most people have said in these reviews.. The customer service here was awful. I ordered a caramel frappe and the "barrista" rolled her eyes at me because she didn't want to make it. Before she finished she realized she didn't have any whipped cream and told me "you're going to have to wait while I make more" is a pretty rude tone.. I was totally fine without getting it, but she didn't even let me tell her that. Overall, the frappe was good, but I didn't feel very welcomed here.
Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. The worker was on her phone and was just talking while holding the lid of my coffee. The only thing they needed to do was to place the lid and give it to me. That took 3 minutes. Also the state of cleanliness was horrible. Mould in the display as seen in the pictures and the workers themselves were filthy.
This is honestly unacceptable, I went while waiting for my flight, and this is what I get. Just bread. No tomato no cheese. I paid $8 for just bread. Really poor service. Don’t recommend it at all.
This is the worst, dirtiest and rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The girl taking my order was nice but the barista was rude and the counter where you get your drinks was disgusting. The lid I got looked used like it had lipstick on the top. I asked for a new one and was met with the rudest look and sigh. And she had her headphones in while working super unprofessional.
Probably worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks. I was waiting for a long time for my order, and I had a feeling that it was on the counter. It actually was for a good 10 minutes. When I asked this man, if this possibly could be my order he just looked at me and hand it to me like I was a piece of garbage. This is in comparison to how he interacted with the lady right before me, who asked to verify her order. He was normal and pleasant with her. In addition to his rudeness, my frappe was sitting there for a while it was 1/3 melted. I should’ve checked Google reviews before buying a drink here. I will never do that again.
