The app.indicated that this Starbucks has virtually NO COFFEE! Of the four basic coffees Starbucks offers, this location only offers one: Dark Roast! I didn't stand on line for 40 minutes for a coffee which would have upset my ulcer and my spouse who wanted to leave immediately!

Summer refresher lemonade without the bubbles. Kevin said that it doesn't change the price even when THEY dont have the bubbles. Not even a $1 discount.

A quick pit stop at this rest station turned into a 30 minute wait for a cup of oat milk. Believe it or not, this drink is supposed to be a hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. Not only is my 2 oz of espresso over saturated by the 8 oz of oat milk, BUT as you can tell my shots were poured into the cup before the milk. I was served a $7 light iced hazelnut oat milk cappuccino. DISGUSTING! Poor training. Poor management. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever patronized! As I came to write this review , I was not surprised to find a 2.3 star rating on google. Save your money. Save your time.

I am really not sure how they could an order wrong which was send via the app Also , i know Starbucks employees are famous to spell the names wrong , and i don't blame them BUT how can a name spelled again , which came through the Starbucks app ,😆😂🤗🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Getting the order made us loose some time but the team was at least helpful in doing so In short your usual Starbucks Enjoy your coffee

Our drinks were good but this was the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I came here in February when most people are ordering hot drinks. The main barista was only on cold bar (moved snail pace) while the employee on the register was making hot drinks. I must’ve waited 20 minutes for a hot chai tea latte, which only takes about 15 seconds to make. As a former Starbucks employee, this was incredibly frustrating to see. The way they were working was completely inefficient.
