Really liked this Starbucks location. The atmosphere was excellent. Checkout the photos. The food was great and the employees were really friendly. An A+ for sure.

This is the third time that I have mobile ordered from this establishment and my order has not been ready and also incorrect. Also, this establishment has extreme lack of organization and it takes forever to get through the drive-through and for orders to come out. My app will tell me that my mobile order is ready and I will pull up to the drive-through to pick it up and my drink is not made at all. This establishment needs some serious training or new employees. Definitely doesn’t maintain the standard of the Starbucks name.

My low rating is not against the staff - they are friendly and have not had any bad interactions. Unfortunately, the drinks are hit or miss here and service is slow! We ordered 2 iced espresso drinks today and they both tasted like we licked an ash tray. They either burned the espresso or are re-using old grounds. There were 5-6 cars in the drive thru and maybe 8 people waiting inside. Only 4 people working and it took 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 bakery items to be ready. Very disappointed, and a very gross experience.

Left $1 tip and about 20 minutes waiting time. Not super busy. What's wrong?😑 Placed order(2 hot vanilla latte) inside in order to use restroom. Got coffee 20 minutes later being in hurry with infants in car 1 coffee is not sweet Returned to get the syrup. Got sugar....???? Got replaced with triple as sweet as usual Asked to replace Manager came out to tell me that Im wrong 40 minutes total and blamed to get just coffee. Manager started arguing without asking what happened.

Waited 10 mins in the drive thru without moving. Finally backed out and went inside to wait 25 more minutes for two drinks. I've been there several times and have patiently waited for an average of 10-15 mins for my drink but today I hit my max. They seem to not have enough staff at any point to efficiently serve what's needed for that area. I was a loyal customer visiting several times a month but after today I plan to cut ties. Highly disappointed.
