They messed up mu order size and when I told them they were sweet and apologized but they didn’t offer to replace it. I felt bad because I didn’t want them to throw it away or asked them to. Next time i’ll double check because I ordered a tall and got charged for a trenta.

Their food be stale I’m sorry to say! but the drinks are always awesome because they’re made fresh staff is pretty pleasant. So far there was only one particular staff member that I did not care for.

Amazing! Haven't been disppointed yet. I have tried the salted caramel mocha frappé & my aunt tried the Halloween witch one, chia seeds. My regular is the caramel white mocha, hot.

Today 4/20/24 I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe Lex put caramel frappe I tried it I was polite and told her it was wrong she said no rudely and said go to costumer service for refund I went they said I had to get refund at Starbucks I am very disappointed.
