Great and quiet location to relax and enjoy the coffee before getting on the plane. It is located between gates 155 and 157 of the LAX Tom Bradley International at the departure south concourse. This is the only one of two Starbucks that i am aware of at the international departure terminal. Durkin Donuts is located at the domestic departure terminal.

I ordered a tall shaken espresso. The barista made it to the top mark, not nearly as full as they usually do (see photo of my tall vs another tall). I politely asked for more oat milk. She (in the photo) said ok and rolled her eyes. I stood and watched as other people ordered and got their drinks.. about 6-8 people while my cup was just sitting there. She kept side eyeing me, probably expecting me to just get annoyed and take my drink. When I brought it up again, she took the cup, added more milk, and then set it back down… all with an attitude.

This “Starbucks” is a joke! It legit is the worst location I’ve ever been to. No customer service. No cleanliness. “Baristas” have almost no knowledge on key ingredients in drinks or the different options available for them. Employees don’t even act civilized among themselves or customer’s. Just throw this location away!

This Starbucks doesn’t participate in app coupons. If that’s the case, put up a sign so customers are aware before ordering.

Two days in a row I placed a mobile order and they’re standing around when I walk up with no customers in sight they haven’t completed the order. I had to leave without my coffee this morning because I didn’t have time to wait. IE why people place mobile orders. $11 wasted coffee
