He, she or it (whatever that individual prefers to be identified as, at 7:20 this sat morning) needs to learn how to appreciate a tip, as well as customer service. Pulling up threw drive threw the individual couldn't even say good morning. Running my card I give a dollar bill & didn't even say thank you, just quickly went back to their conversation with coworkers. Windy's even said "good morning" & "thank you" off the same action 5min later. I've worked for a fast food, coffee house to fine dining & never have I been that way with a customer or guest. I would not won't the spokes person for my chain to ever act that way. I hope you learn guest service.

Inside the Albertsons store, not the Starbucks experience,,,, order your coffee or food and get goin. The people manning the store were more interested in chatting with non customers as opposed to paying attention to the orders.

The service was good I got spoiled milk and it made me very very sick I wasn't sure what caused it but when thinking back I didn't eat nothing or drink nothing that day other than my Starbucks drink. Really sad

It's Starbucks and if there is any kind of inclement weather the employees don't show up and the place doesn't open.

Sorry for the 1 star. Never had to do a negative with Starbucks. Ordered two white chocolate mochas. Got in the car headed off to California duh she gave us hot chocolate. Thank goodness for a new Starbucks in Yreka so I could get a cup of coffee. We always order 185 degrees so when she asked if it was 185 we knew it was ours.
