Starbucks
What people are saying
I ordered the strawberry acai drink mixed with water instead of lemonade. It was refreshing. The tables were very sticky, almost gross compared to this brand's standards. Staff seemed to be very happy behind the counter.
Larissa and Jayla were truly amazing with me and my children. They were two minutes from closing and so extremely patient with me ordering want I wanted. The drink I ordered was made perfect and they did it just the way I asked and I was so appreciative of their time. Thank you for great service. It's hard to come by nowadays.
Peterson Air Force Base Starbucks Today, I visited Starbucks shortly before closing time at 5 pm. Arriving around 4:50 pm, I encountered an employee named Dorissa whose attitude towards serving customers on the military base left much to be desired. It seemed like she was either in need of an attitude adjustment or should consider leaving her role. Another employee working alongside Dorissa appeared to be facing some form of mistreatment. My understanding is that service continues until closing time. I ordered three frappes, all the same, but only the first one was made correctly. The subsequent two were prepared incorrectly, with Dorissa insisting I had requested sprinkles, which I hadn't. Instead of trying to argue with the customer, it would have been more appropriate to remake the drinks correctly. I wasn't aware that Starbucks even offered hard caramel sprinkles, as I had never received them before. Dorissa then mentioned that there would be an additional charge for extra caramel, to which I responded that I had indeed requested extra caramel. Any discrepancies in the order ringing up were not my fault. The other employee seemed hesitant to intervene, possibly due to feeling intimidated, although she initially seemed to understand my order but failed to execute it properly like the first one. Meanwhile, Dorissa was on the phone and made a remark, implying that if they went into overtime, it would be our fault. It wasn't clear to me at the time that she was referring to us, as I would have definitely addressed it. I am disappointed by the disrespectful and rude behavior exhibited by these young workers towards customers. If they are unhappy about serving customers close to closing time, that is a matter they should take up with their manager personally. The individual responsible for raising Dorissa, who is working at the Peterson Starbucks, appears to have done a poor job. I would expect better treatment, especially on our military installation. I won't be returning to this location unless I see older, more professional employees working. The Worst Starbucks customer service I've ever recieved!
Should be open earlier than 0700. Especially for being on base and most of us have to be at work by 0730. Couldn't even get an order in today bc someone wanted to be lazy and call out, so there was only 1 person there who was wearing an oversized hoodie-robe, not even dressed/ready to work.
Only customer, ordered 1 drink. Cashier very friendly. Other customers arrive, order. Friend of barista pops in to chat. My drink was never made. I asked for a refund bc I had waited a while & needed to get going. Barista (Sophia) overheard & flipped out. “You wanna have an attitude with me, babe?!” The cashier politely handled my refund. Unacceptable behavior.
