I don’t know who the manager is, but this location drive-through is always close with the orange cone blocked off. Today this location is only taking mobile orders in the drive-through and always short staff or the dining room close this location has completely gone down to a bad service location. This location needs a new manager it’s so displeasing to coffee drinkers.

Made a mobile order recently at this store and may I say very phenomenal staff. I loved my drink and the baristas were very nice. Will definitely come again.

I hate the fact that they tend to close the inside often. I ordered ahead of time because I had to be somewhere but they made me get in the long drive thru line. I was riding with someone else which became another issue. They should be able to terminate the order ahead option if it's not available.

This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to my entire order was incorrect. I ordered a black ice tea without lemonade and they put it in anyway i purchased a chocolate croissant and asked them not to warm it they did anyway I got a lavender hot latte and it tasted like nothing but coffee grounds I ended having to throw my entire order out this morning. This is the second time I’ve tried it and it’ll be the last!!

My first time at Starbucks ever! They helped me out and scanned my app for rewards points. I went through the drive thru very quick and easy!
