Location inside Hospital. Quite nice appearance. Nice seating area and large selection of cups and trinkets to purchase. Ready made quick bites available, pastry and some sandwich items. Ordered vanilla cappuccino that was very Luke warm. No reason or really no response from the employees that waited on me. Did make another one. Not a 5 star Starbucks...

I asked for a mocha latte with an extra shot. No extra shot and not very hot.

As always this location is A-1 I'm not for sure who the young man is that is a manger or shift leader. But after being at the hospital for all of the morning all I needed was a great cup of coffee. I received that with great customer service. Thank you
