So happy to have the store open to full hours again! It's hard finding the right staff but they definitely made it possible again. Everyone is so sweet and nice.

I am so sick of ordering my drink and getting some drink I didn’t order, it happens almost every time I go there and it’s absurd. I personally don’t like coffee so I get one of their non coffee frappes, but almost every time they make a frappe with coffee and I have to go back and get a new one. I couldn’t do that today because I was in a rush so I essentially paid for a drink I don’t like and didn’t order. It’s really absurd and I’m sick of getting the wrong drink when I just want to get something sweet, not bitter like coffee.

This stores’ hours are so unpredictable. They’re closed every time I try to go there. I’ll be going to a different coffee shop from now on

Online it said it was open AGAIN so I went to buy a drink. Once again they weren't open. Also, I was given a gift card by the manager and was told it was good for $5 off my next order, when I gave it to HIM it only took $4 off. The drinks haven't been their usual quality when I am able to catch them open.

Took over 20 minutes to get our coffee's, when they were finally ready, a child ran up and grabbed my coffee and licked the cream. The worker asked me if I would like a new coffee! Ummm, duh. Yes! I'm not donating my 12 dollars to Starbucks, I want my coffee. Won't be going back to this spot again.
