I have gone to this Starbucks location twice a week for four weeks in a row around 645. They do not close until 8 o’clock, but refused to open up any more chai tea. The lady says that they open one container a day and once it’s gone, it’s gone and they refused to open anymore. Extremely unfriendly and unwilling to do anything not sure how this particular Starbucks stays in business.

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a trenta black iced tea. The female barista was very nice. The male barista fixed my tea perfectly. He then purposely burnt my croissant, put it in the bag and folded the top over, and handed it the female barista to hand it to me. I could tell the female barista was not pleased with him and was asking him what he was doing. I will never use this store again and would never recommend it to anyone else.

They make it quite quick and efficient every time to be in and out, and I've heard that it's a pretty great place to sit down and work at too!

If your into democrats and rude customer service then this is the place for you. Only reason why we stopped is cause my daughter got a gift card from there!! I would not trade my own personal money with this company!

Fast and friendly service I gave 4 stars bc when I went they did not have the pink drink
