Terrible customer service. I was practically humiliated just because I had bought a 6 dollar cappuccino that was 85% foam. I just asked for a refill politely but I was treated like garbage. I will never buy anything from that place again. I was appalled and shocked by my terrible experience with a lady working there. What a great way to start a trip.
I waited in line for this location to open at 4:30am today (listed open time) alongside the plane crew and other passengers. We watched as the barista set up the store and still hadn’t opened by 4:40am when my fiancé and I had to bail so we could board our flight. Super bummed that the barista was unable to open on time and missed our coffee for an early flight.
So amazing, did you know they serve coffee?!
