Gracie made the whole process of getting a breast pump through insurance a breeze! There were several brands to choose from, but she is very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choices. My hospital referred me to Star Medical on the day of discharge because I needed a hospital-grade breast pump. My son was in the NICU after being born at 22 weeks. I was so overwhelmed with everything that was going on. When Gracie called me and I explained the urgency of my situation and how literally every drop of breast milk was crucial for my son. With the most caring nature, she ensured to get me what I needed. Within 2-4 hours she was meeting me at the hospital lobby right before I was officially discharged. This was during the weekend! if this is not above and beyond I don't know what is. I am very grateful, and I hope she can get recognized for the work she does. This is much more than just renting equipment, is making sure that at least one part of this very difficult journey is done stress-free. This means so much, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I am sorry it took me so long to share my feedback.

Blanca is a lifesaver I knew nothing about this company I was told to call them through my WIC office about my daughter's milk that I cannot find anywhere in the stores. I spoke with Blanca explain to her the situation she was wonderful she was knowledgeable of things and the information she gave me was able to help me get my daughter's milk through Medicaid not knowing that they would cover it. Also was able to give me milk for my daughter until it went through the insurance company so for me this is a game changer and I feel like I have some sense of security knowing about Star Medical because I know that I can get my daughter the milk that she needs and also know that I don't have to worry about running out of it anymore for now anyways LOL...

Star Medical has been very good to my daughter and I. Andrea has always gone above and beyond to help us get what we need from formula to supplies. They are very knowledgeable of who they are caring and supplying for and take great care in getting what they can even in the midst of country wide shortages. If you’re looking for a caring company to help you through these trying times Star Medical is your company.

They really really helped me get a breast pump. I spoke with a lady called Grace and she was so nice, lovely 😊 and of great assistance. They gave me a call and I got approved for my breast pump the following day cos they follow up on me. Great people. I’m so happy💃😁
