CRAZY It is absolutely disturbing to me how all of the reviews are the same. I too had the same exact story told to me by Joe at the store. My family and I went in to upgrade our cell phones and we were going to get our cases on Amazon because we like the credit card holder cases- there were none in the store. Joe said he didn't want us walking out of the store unprotected and was going to the back to talk to the store manager to see about giving us the screen protectors and cases for free. He came back, said it was approved. No problem. He said just had to pay taxes on the cases that day and that we might see the charges on the first month but they wouldn't be on after that. Two months later, I'm being told I'm being charged nearly $30 a month for these cases and screen protectors. Here's the deal- just because a contract is signed does not make it valid. This is fraudulent inducement and I will fight this tooth and nail to ensure that Joe is reprimanded and this doesn't happen to other customers. This isn't an "oops, I forgot to explain the terms and conditions" this is a "don't worry about the terms and conditions because they do not apply to you- this is all free and will come off the bill". Has Sprint not learned from the mistakes of Wells Fargo and other companies who have fraudulently signed customers up for services they did not agree too?? I will not stop with this issue until it is resolved and no further complaints are being made.
I would like to share my great customer service experience that was given by Stephanie! Stephanie helped my Grandma out with setting up her new iPhone, and went above and beyond what was expected. She also helped me out with my phone issue. When I walked into the store, I was welcomed by Joe in a very friendly way, and felt welcomed! After a not so great experience with the other Sprint store a few miles down the road, this was refreshing that people still care about customer service. I work in sales, and most of the times we only hear about the bad things that go on. Stephanie should be recognized for her efforts!
Questionable employees. When we started our new plan we were told we were able to get a case and screen protector for each phone for free. Or as they called it "a credit". Found out from another store that they lied. It's getting tacked on to the bill, and apparently my new phone (s10) came with a screen protector and he didn't say anything when he took it off to put a 50 dollar liquid screen on it. There's a paper in the box specifically saying the phone has a pre installed screen protector. He told us to leave and come back because the phone transfer would take almost an hour. The other store...20 min and the guy did everything in front of us and let us know the phone has a screen protector already on it. Don't trust the strip store. I understand people have to sell stuff to make commission but this is just bull. If you go here stay and watch them do everything. They will screw you over
Joseph was excellent in executing our 3 line transfer from AT&T. The sales force at this location is courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about products and services. Sprint has amazing offers, service, and prices to boot so there's simply no point in dealing with Verizon or AT&T at this point in time.
A salesperson by the name of Martina, id caution doing business with her, she sold me a defective iphone 6 with the new contract. And the most pushy salesperson ive experienced in quite a while. Then, did a half-assed job setting up our service. She seemed very desperate for a sale. In my 15 years of sales, my advice for her IMHO, is to be honest, let the consumer make the decision, dont corner a customer. Thats what shady car dealerships do. And they never have longevity. Salespeople like her are accustomed to giving reputable brands a bad name.
