The hotel has a welcoming appearance as you drive up. Check in is just inside the doors where staff is waiting to check you in, not long process. The room was clean & spacious. Sitting area & small 'kitchen' with microwave & coffee. We only stayed 1 night but would've been comfortable if staying longer. Breakfast is included, staff kept it clean & stocked. Small pool we didn't use but looked clean.

Accommodated my wedding guests for our 10/18 wedding. The hotel adhered to all my requests and made sure I was comfortable for my special day. I was greeted with a basket of goodies from the manager to give congratulations to my wedding. Also the maintanence man, Doug, was extremely attentive and helpful when we had a plumbing issue in our bathroom. He was a kind soul and ever made sure to get us fresh towels after all the other ones got soaked from the plumbing issue. Special thanks also to Treaza for accommodating such a large group of guests at their hotel.

My stay started off a little rocky when my company hadn’t turned in the proper paperwork to book my week-long stay. Thankfully, the amazing front desk representative went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out and into my room within a few minutes. My suite was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The location is excellent, close to the airport, great shopping, and plenty of delicious restaurants. Overall, a great experience that started with excellent customer service and ended with a comfortable stay.

We stayed here one night after flying into Dulles and before driving on to our final destination. Hotel is clean and comfortable and easily accessible from the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel could do with a refresh - furnishings and carpet are starting to look a little tired and worn, but everything was clean! Breakfast was standard hotel buffet, but clean and well-tended. Only complaint is that the hotel is isolated and there are no restaurants or stores that you can walk to. However there are several nice restaurants within a 10-15 minutes drive, and the hotel has snacks and wine/beer available for purchase in the lobby. Overall great value for the price! Would stay again.

This was my worst hotel day ever. I checked into this hotel, swipe my Card for payment. The display on the credit card machine set approved. Their computer crashed and they could not see my $380 payment. I checked my bank account and the $380 was pending on my account. Not my fault. The guest services manager was called to the front desk and he proceeded to tell me just wipe my car again for another $380 which I refused because it was already subtracted from my bank account from the first swipe he let me check in And gave me a room key. Then he proceeded to come to my room to show me a list of Guess who checked in and their credit card Payments processed that day. He should not have ever showed me a list of people like that. The next day we went to a wedding came back at 10 o’clock at night and he locked us out of our room. He requested a call my bank at 10 o’clock at night customer service on a Saturday there is no customer service open at any bank on a Saturday at 10 o’clock at night. I got the fraud department on the phone from my bank who told him the payment showed on my account This went on for about an hour and a half. This was so embarrassing to me and my daughter. I called the Marriott complaint line and file a complaint. The payment cleared on Friday. I called the complaint line again and they closed my complaint case because he sent me an apology email which I never received. This is very disappointing. I put a Customer through this and give them no compensation For locking them out of the room. Magda Youssef The guest services manager should not have this job. Marriott should be ashamed for this type of service so their customers. I’m sticking with the Hilton brand of hotels.
