The worst and last experience I’ve had at a Spinx for anything other than gas out of necessity. Waited 20 minutes for my food, asked for a refund and the food came out. Mind I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I wouldn’t have time to eat it anyway, they ask me if I want the food or not before they give me the refund. Absolutely not the whole experience left me shaking with no appetite. This is unacceptable and any business ran like this should not be in business.
Owner: Please don't respond to this to call your number to resolve. There is no resolution since it's done and I don't care to discuss. This is simply feedback. I pick up food rather frequently at this store and though wait times can be long, I know that going in so I can't complain. Today I didn't encounter any wait issues, but I did experience something I haven't even thought about since I was a juvenile (I'm FAR north of that nowadays..). I ordered two fried pork chops to go. They were clearly freshly made and when I picked up the first one to take a bite, I noticed underneath a clear slimy liquid substance. There was a good amount of it. I thought a few seconds about what it could be and then I recalled that the server/cook was a young teenage-looking guy that I've never seen there before. I put two and two together, since I was a his age once too - I won't say what I suspect this clear slimy substance was but I will say I'm a bit put off at fast food for the foreseeable future.
I did here back from the territorial manager for the Spinx on 28 By-Pass in Anderson SC. We had very productive conversation on my in person visit and the delayed response to my in person visit. I conveyed my opinion on my Spinx experience and I honestly believe there are some Spinx symmetric issues. Some of the revealed issues are also a societal issue. Employees believe that the employer owes them more than the pay check that the employee agreed to and people today don't either know how to provide quality service or just don't care to provide quality service! It's like the employee is doing me the favor of taking my money for the product or service rendered. NO, I'M DOING YOU THE FAVOR OF BEING THE CUSTOMER THAT GIVES THE REASON WHY YOU HAVE A RESOURCE OF A PAY CHECK!!! This employee attitude is not limited to Spinx. It's with the majority of companies today. I cared enough about the quality of Sphinx's chicken to try and get management's attention. Therefore my mission was accomplished. I'll be back to gauge the results. And I know that the results are going to take time. Thanks for the platform and for the conversation. That's a major improvement.
I called in at approximately around noon on Sunday New Years eve. I was informed that the earliest that my 25 piece family chicken finger pak wouldn't be ready until 4 pm today. I understood that logic. But when I arrive at 4:50 pm to pick up my order, I was informed that my order had been scratched off. This has happened before on another occasion. I will not be fooled a third time. Maybe you shouldn't be on your first visit to this Spinx on the 28 By-pass in Anderson SC.
After placing my original review of if I could I would give this location a -5 star review. Management emailed me asked that I call the home offices customer service to see if there was anything that management could do to change my opinion. Once again I was offered a time frame as to when management would respond to my phone call response. That response was to be within 24 hours. will its been 72 hours and still no response. So my responsive respond has been solidified and confirmed. I'm done with this Corporation!!! I'm cutting up my Spinx Extra card!!!
