I went into the store today and was refused service by April she accused my daughter of stealing and me for allowing it! so I tell her she is wrong she then says oh must be someone else then I say so your saying I look like someone who is stealing without proof it was me and denying us service that didn't work so your looking for another reason? then she tells me well I'm refusing service to you because of where I was parked when I have seen plenty of people parked there before! so I asked what the problem is and she threatened to call the police so I tell her to call them but she didn't I tell my kids put the slushies down so I come back to get her info on my way home and to ask why did she think it was ok to accuse me of stealing that is racially motivated she says I'm harassing her and I need to leave or she'll call the police once again I told her to call them this time she did and they tresspast me and my daughter after we were racially profiled by this lady but she never told them what she said to us she lied and said my daughter said she would slap her the police told us they didn't agree to what happened but they have the right to tresspass us because it's privately owned they also told us call corporate about the issue
stop in every morning for a white monster and roller dog, not the best combo at 5am but it allows for my 45min (on the clock) bathroom break as soon as i get to work and i’m very appreciative for that!
Staff are nice. Store is what you'd expect from your average gas station. I'm giving a 1 Star review for one reason only. The bathroom. I work out and about in the community of Eden Prairie. I often have to stop and use the restroom at gas stations. This particular gas station happens to be the most convenient stop along my route most of the time. It's been about a year now, and the men's room has gotten dirtier, and dirtier, and dirtier over the past year. It doesn't seem as though anyone has cleaned it even a little bit. It was so bad this morning that I decided it was time to leave a review. It was disgusting. There's mold in the drain of the sink. The sink basin is grey and black with dirt and grime. The floor is covered in unrine. The toilet is even worse. The walls are filthy. There's always toilet paper, so obviously the staff are at least going into the bathroom to restock, but I guess their eyes and noses are broken if they can't take a whiff, or look around, and realize the absolutely horrible state that this bathroom is in. It's gross. It may be convenient for me, but I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
The employees are great. The store / property itself is not well cared for at all. I wish the out of state owners would consider selling their Speedways locations to someone local that might take some pride in their ownership. It's pretty sad really.
In all my years of working customer service I have never seen such blatant disrespect of a PAYING customer. Lisa is very unprofessional and rude, not only that she has a very aggressive 80 pound dog that could very well kill somebody just hanging out behind the counter. I understand service animals are a thing but shouldn’t there be some kid of protection for the customer and community. Lisa has had more than a few complaints and these are just the ones of people who took time to do so. Super America/ speed way/ SA whichever name you know it by is a well known establishment and should do better with hiring friendly staff. Lisa should be fired immediately!!
