Garage recently updated to a new system. I frequently have to wait in line for 5+ minutes in the morning or evening because daily parkers now have to completely register at the gate which delays monthly parkers. There are no gates exclusively for monthly parkers. I was shouted at by an employee once and called an “idiot” in the same interaction when I politely shared my feedback on the new system.
What up with the two random poles in the drive lane? Looks to been hit quite a few times, why not relocate them??
Garage is clean. We'll lit. Covered. The garage has 2 ways to pay. You can scan a qr code from your vehicle or pay a machine.
Easy in and out, but the price on there parking page for both reservation and drive up is 10.00 per day and when I arrived it was 15.00 for the day. Checked again after I got home and still 10.00
