Used to fly another airlines not mentioning any names, until their wheels started falling off I started flying Southwest and was very surprised about the service and how nice everyone is and how clean the planes are in the airline tickets are very good reasonably priced it's a great airline I really like to fly southwest . Haven't had any problems with anything

Great flights! These guys are always fun to fly with, They make me feel like a normal person instead of acting like we are from Star Wars, or some other planet. Great flights and service!

I am beyond frustrated with swa right now delays are forcing us to rebook our connecting flight in Dallas to reach pdx at 6am how ever my family of five is not being compensated in any manner. No hotel voucher no flights nothing... thank you for adding a 200 dollar hotel expense for your mistakes. Oh and for costing my family 115 dollars per client that I can't take care of tomorrow morning 8 at 515 am 8 at 630 7 at 9am and 4 at 1030 am..... I'm a small buisness owner who can't afford to be removed. Experiences like this are not acceptable. I have flown swa for years I can't say that I will ever use them again...

Pricing is reasonable, no assigned seating, no entertainment on the plane. Soda and a cookie is offered for a 3 hour flight. You may purchase alcohol beverage. Staff is nice. Landing can be scary at times. But the pilots are awesome.

Cannot begin to spell out difference between SWA and AA!! Am disabled and SWA treats me like a person with special needs. Will NEVER fly AA again, which is sad. Am a Ft. Worther and knew the family of some of the AA founders. But you do what you must do..and most disabled people fly SWA!!!
