You know you are in the airport. You know it's super expensive inside airports. The flavored milk outside is 2.4$ - here, the same one close to $4. Are there any other expectations? Better have none. Regular stuff. Quick buy. Self-service billing. Unlike other reviews where rude customer service was mentioned- I did not experience it. The shopkeeper proactively helped me when the bar code scanning did not work.
I stopped by this store just now and interested in the evolution neck pillow. There was 2 prices for this, and I pointed this out. You have 1 rude employee that shouldn't be working in customer service ever. Very disrespectful to your customers. Fix the pricing.
I think I had the same clerk as the last reviewer. There was a check-out line of 5 people early morning today (7/21/22 6:30am) and the clerk yelled at the entire line saying, “I’m not ringing up another person after the 2nd one in line. You all will be offended when I say no.” She wanted the people in line to use the self checkout. In all fairness, a few of us tried but it was down and not working. I’m glad a purchased my water but feel bad for the owners of the store. They have no idea how unhappy and rude their employee is to customers.
Horrible Customer Service!!! 6/12/22 830pm The clerk was beyond Rude!! She was annoyed because I asked the price of 2 items. Another woman attempted to use her debit card at the register and the girl yelled at her "if you can read it says debit card use self check out!" She refused to tell us her name and flipped her badge over to stop us from seeing it. All while yelling "girl bye leave my store." Clearly she's not fit for customer service nevermind owning a store.
Very friendly staff and super clean environment. Grateful they did not make us wear a mask because everyone is over masks. Totally unnecessary.
