I’m not sure why I even keep coming to the sonic hoping that they will get better. I guess I don’t know if it’s just the sonic or if it’s the laws that New York implements but you can definitely not have the sonic experience when you get your drinks in a plastic cup and have to drink out of paper straw. Usually, if there’s only one or two things wrong, I don’t complain too much but today I drove over here to the Latham store 20 minutes out of my way I placed my order online. The order didn’t go through. I had to call the corporate office to figure out why the order didn’t go through then replace the order then finally get my meal and I have no time to eat it or even drive back to where I need to be added to this is like I said before I get my drink in a plastic cup. I’m having to drink it out of a paper straw and then I get my foot-long cheese and a foot-long but the bun is only about 9 inches long. I’m probably just disappointed, but I have been to this sonic a number of times coming back over and over to see if maybe they have improved but I guess there’s no help for this sonic

Food was put together sloppy, fries were cold and floppy. Truly disgusting, and sad part is someone actually had to look at the food before serving. This place has no pride in their product. Do not go here

Went inside to get two shakes and a slushee. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. Once we ordered we had to wait 18 minutes before our drinks came out. Apparently this is how they give you your chocolate shake. Barley mixed. Customer service like this is the reason we don’t want to pay over $20 for just 3 drinks.

It’s nice that they have a sign to treat their staff better as everyone should treat others better than they want to be treated. However, waiting 35 minutes in a drive-through line for a simple order and no other customers is terrible. While waiting the staff kept leaving to go to the dumpsters to be on their phone. I would not recommend this place unless you have hours to wait for sub par service

Food was awesome. Very tasty burger. Didn't have the classic Sonic's atmosphere as dining room was quiet. I wanted to eat in my car in a stall to have the full experience but nobody had answered 5 minutes after pressing the red button.
