I went to the first stall, pressed the button, and waited five to six minutes. Nothing happened, so I thought perhaps it was a faulty stall. I went to another stall, pressed the button again, and waited another five minutes, but still nothing happened. Bear in mind that I was there before they closed at 10:30 and that there were only about eight to ten cars there at the time, so I decided to leave and drive out of my way to go to the Sonic on North First Street, where I know the service is good.

All the staff was great. Wait time is about average for Abilene locations. My main complaint about this specific location is if I spend $4 on a sundae, it would be nice for it to be more than half filled. My order today didn't even fill half the cup including toppings

We used the Sonic App to order our meal. The app worked fine; we got our drinks for half price. If you enjoy going to Sonic then you really should use their app. Service was prompt. Our food was brought out when the app said it would. The lady who brought our order was friendly and professional. The food was a bit of a problem. We ordered two strawberry slushes. The slushes had an off taste. My wife said that it was probably just city water. I thought that the chemical taste was something else. Whatever it was, neither of us was able to take more than a drink of our slush. The tater tots my wife ordered were very good, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle. My wife said that her cheeseburger was good. I thought that it looked small. My country steak burger was pretty good, but also on the small side. I might go back here sometime, but will not order the slushes again.

Food is really good. Service is ok. Everyone is kind and helpful for the most part. Sonic can't help it when servers just bail. The wait us still worth the visit.

My one complaint is that i ordered mozerella sticks and they were served warm, but obviously undercooked. The cheese wasnt melted and still in that solid lump. I had a hard time choking them down. I was really hungry though so i managed to somehow.
