Pleasant experience. Clean hotel with friendly, welcoming service. I arrived a bit early but the front desk was accommodating and got me a room so I did not have to wait after a long flight. The gentleman at the front desk remembered and called me by my name the next morning. The rooms are clean and have plenty of work space. The room is set up a little awkwardly. Excellent water pressure and hot water. The amenities are average. Quick and convenient location close to the airport with ample parking. I am a business traveler and I would stay at this place anytime.
We had an excellent experience here. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in a while, especially since they have a strict "no party policy" so the hotel was quiet and relaxing. It was a bit of a drive to downtown (25 minutes), but if you're looking to stay because of the airport, it is very close by and they provide a shuttle as well.
My family and I stayed here for one night before our early morning flight the next morning. The hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable. Our daughter loved the walk in shower. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Great things- Shuttle to and from the airport is amazing. Staff all very friendly. Rooms are modern and clean. Ruby Tuesday is the only place to eat nearby, but it is walking distance. Needs improvement- the rooms are extremely humid, to the point that there is moisture on the floor (sliding sneakers, wet feet when walking around). If that isn’t fixed, this place will be filled with mold and mildew in no time. The hallway is extreme loud. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night by guests yelling in the hall, or banging things in the parking lot which is directly outside the window. I did *not* like that- it doesn’t feel safe or comfortable to have the back window of the room sitting directly in the parking lot. Finally, there’s no continental breakfast or lobby coffee or any amenity like that. Just the little pod coffee in the room. There is no extra bang for the buck here. The hotel is ok. Its proximity to the airport made things easy for this trip. But, frankly, I would not stay again.
First of all, I knew coming that there would not be a pool or breakfast. The number one thing for me was gym facility. But the customer service was poor. I don't know what it was, but it was a terrible customer service experience. Except for the lady working during the day. We found blood stains on our comforter. The manager was not accommodating. I guess he thought we did it??!!! I don't know! I had to ask for room service 🙄 The ladies at night were not very pleasant!!!! It was clean, but customer service was a 2.5! I will not return.
