The room was great, nothing to complain about service wise, and the physical location was reasonably nice. Despite the no smoking signs all over the place, the seemingly long-term tenants in the rooms below mine were smoking up a storm on the walkways heading up to my room. No way to avoid them. I got an extra side of despair when I saw their toddler walking around amidst their clouds of smoke. Rooms were great, tenants were trashy. I suggest to the owners that they remove said tenants from the rooms below room 10. They are bringing down this motel's reviews and the property's value. If they have a stake in the motel or its success, then they need to walk to the far side of the parking area to smoke. Also might consider picking up all of their stuff that is strewn about the areas which customers must walk through.
Stay here for one night and everything was perfect. Nice clean room, hot water, warm and soft bed. Decent room price and the room not small. Have a laundry mat for your dirty clothes and they open all year round. Good staff and good service. Good atmosphere. But in the winter time is very cold like -45 degree. But we still have a good time over there. Thank you.
This place isn't that great. I stayed for over a week and housekeeping checked on us zero times, meaning I had to ask for clean towels, trash bags and toilet paper. From what I can tell, there is no way to control the temp in the room as messing with the thermostat accomplished nothing. The outlets in the main room are very loose and everything you plug is falls out. My family is coming in for a week in March and I will not recommend this place!
The only 24 hour a day motel in Tok. I got a room at 6am and was able to check out the following day with a late check out at no extra charge. The room was clean, the bed was soft and the water was hot. It was cold in the room and took hours to warm up. The TV is super small and I felt like I stepped back in time because the room decor and linens were like early 80's style.
Nice place for drivers to stop and take a shower. Just one downfall, there is no sink or toilet in the shower facility also it would be great if they had a fan to move the air around but other than that very nice very clean. And only $7.00
