I stopped by to purchase a smoothie at 8:33 today and the lobby was already closed. I knocked on the door and the associate had an attitude when I asked to come in. I wanted to buy a smoothie and use the bathroom. He asked me to use the drive thru to order my smoothie. He was very unprofessional, but did make my drink. They seem to want to close their doors earlier than advertised.

Yaremi, Ashley, KT, and Cherish are not only great at their job, but awesome people. I come in regularly and they always show amazing hospitality. 5 star review all around

If I could give this place zeros I would. I placed my order online at 11:25, I arrive at 11:35 knowing I could potentially have to wait another 5 minutes. I’m excited because there’s only one car at the drive thru window and no one inside. I watch two cars pull up to order at the window. Then I notice no smoothies are blending with three employees inside. I watched as BOTH cars got there orders at the window and drove off. Another man came inside and placed his order while I’m still sitting there. Then they proceed to blend this man smoothing and he gets his order. The employee who was working the window knew I was pissed off and she proceeds to LAUGH. I finally got my order at 11:54 but Instead of cussing her out, I just walked away. No we’re sorry for the wait, we didn’t see your order, no nothing. I will NEVER step foot in this smoothie king again. I’m so heated I wanted to knock everything off their shelves but then I would be labeled the angry violent black man 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️🤬 A manager or something needs to reach out to me because this experience was COMPLETELY unacceptable.

This place is horrible! It either stinks in there! They're closed early! They mess up your order! Or at the moment they're not accepting cash/card! Whichever is convenient to tell you at the moment! Love smoothie king! It's perfect for me. I'm a driver i'm always on the go. And cannot eat heavy! But this location is garbage! I wish there was another one close to me!

I went to the Smoothie King on Movkingbird Lane on Saturday, June 14th. I tried to order online but online ordering was shut down. So I drove to the store getting there at 8;50. There was a hand written sign on the door to order through the drive through. There was a girl in the store. There was a truck in front of me who had been there longer. No one answered to order. No one came to the window and they hid in the store once they saw us outside. My husband is in ICU at Clements Hospital and was struggling eating and only wanted a smoothie. We did not get a smoothie- which was disappointing but based on your prior reviews- this behavior is a pattern. I will not patronize a smoothie king again.
