My stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek was excellent. Here are the highlights: Cleanliness and Safety: The hotel was very clean and felt safe throughout our stay. We even left three suitcases on the car roof overnight in the parking lot, and nothing happened to them. Professional Management: The manager was professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Breakfast: The warm breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and secure stay.
Check-in took about 15 minutes because they were having technical issues, but the woman helping us was extremely nice. The room was clean, however the shower was sub-par. The shower head was loose in the wall and the floor of the shower creaked constantly while you were showering as if you were going to fall through. The rooms were fairly quiet, however you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the hallway (including people opening and closing their doors at midnight). The breakfast was not great. They have waffle makers and re-heated items such as sausage and French toast sticks. There is also a couple kinds of mini-muffins, some cereal, some fruit, and various types of bread. Throughout our stay, I felt very safe and the hotel served its purpose. Overall, a generally positive experience.
When we stay at a hotel we look for cleanliness & good breakfast. This place nailed it! It smelled fresh & clean & plenty of breakfast options that were all yummy. Looking forward to another stay here someday. Love that they’re associated with Choice Hotels so we can rack up rewards
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast selection, amazing TV package (best I've ever had in a hotel)! Close proximity to everything you'd need- shopping, entertainment, dining, e.t.c. Great stay **2nd stay review: stayed here again, and everything still lived up to expectations as stated above. However, after this stay I wanted to also recognize an employee- the overnight front desk worker, James! Checked in near midnight and James was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and had us settled very efficiently. Came back the next night later again and he was there to greet us again with a smile, and continued to show a willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you!
We had a great Experience here. The guy that checked us in on Friday afternoon (4.26) was Friendly Quick and Professional. After checking in and checking our room out he called to make sure we were comfortable and also made sure we had no issues w/our room. I thought that was nice of him to go out of his way to do that. The rooms was nice, clean and cold (as it should). The bed was firm and comfortable. Extra pillows in the cabinet wh/ is awesome for someone pregnant. Haha. Location is convenient to all the places we needed to go to. They have a car charging station, Indoor Pool, Gym and a Vending machine if you don't feel like going to the gas station (less than 5mins away). Free complimentary breakfast as well. Definitely a place I'll be staying at when we come over to visit family.
