Sleep Inn Miami Airport

Don’t come to this hotel unless you want to feel cheap and unworthy. Pretty much about everything is wrong with this very low-quality hotel: The sink is next to the bed (something they don't show you in their photos), the bed is very small, the TV is old and tiny (with only a 30-channel cable), the walls are paper-thin, the broken sliding bathroom door looks like an abandoned-house door, they leave a little cheap shampoo for you but no conditioner, the shower floor is dangerous (slippery and unstable), little cheap towels, etc. I think this was the worst room I’ve ever been in. I do not recommend it.
Pros: I’ve had a great time in this hotel, the price was pretty great for its location (just a couple miles away from Bayside, South Miami Beach, Miami Casino, and Little Havana). It offers free airport shuttle service which is great, the pool is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. haven’t gotten all their names yet but the lady who attends the breakfast is really nice, also the check in/out staff has been very helpful as well as the housekeepers. Overall, would highly recommend. Cons: The bed is not a queen, more like a full, and the bathroom doors are these slide out doors that have no handle to make it a bit hard to open/close sometimes
Nice hotel, front desk ladies were very nice. Nice rooms, nicely decorated. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was quiet. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the shower. Firstly, it had hair in it and secondly the water pressure is extremely low and the shower head also has an issue and should be replaced. The breakfast was decent aside from the over cooked sausage links I could not cut or take a bite of, it was like beef jerky. They had scrambled eggs, waffle maker, 2 types of sausage (patty and links) bagels, bread for toast and yogurt. And a selection of juices. ****The carpet in the rooms need to be cleaned, you should not have dirty feet 5 mins after taking a shower. With such high traffic in the rooms they should be done every couple of months.***** There are many restaurants within walking distance.
Comfortable and clean rooms with a professional staff and good breakfast. The shuttle service is not 24 hours so be sure to get out of the airport by 9 pm otherwise you will have to make your own transportation arrangements.
The employees were very nice! The front desk had amazing people but after that... it got rough. Rooms are damaged (was in two rooms), found a dead roach at night (forgot to take a picture), had a bug bite, and the breakfast was awful. Maybe I am used to the PNW but powdered eggs and cold sausage just wasn't it. Also, having a 1-inch open slot under the doors to the room is weird!!! You can hear anyone and everyone as you walk down - and they passed out a piece of paper at around 8 pm for a pizza place. It is fairly cheap at least...
