This place is very convenient. It was easy to book online. They help direct you where to park making it easy to park. The shuttle to and from the airport was right there both times with no waiting. The drivers were both very friendly and helpful, even to people who had questions at the airport about other companies. Very professional staff. Will use them again in the future.
Quality service is not provided to all customers. The driver, Fred assisted other customers by stacking their luggage and when I handed him my heavy luggage, he did not take it and had me lift it myself when he had nothing in his hands. At vehicle drop off, he asked the customers before me which bags they had and also took them off the van. One lady only had 1 small bag. He stood and watched me take my 2 bags off and said "you got it" and did not take 1 step to help me. I reached out to his manager who says she watched the video and told me that I grabbed my 2 bags which were heavy BEFORE the van was put in park! That is horrendous to even tell me that I would jeopardize my life and safety of lifting luggage or standing at that time. Sadly, he still watched me and made no effort to move toward me to assist, he stood at the driver seat. His behavior was not the same for other passengers and I won't use them again. The company wants to place blame instead of acknowledge when they can better assist ALL customers in the SAME manner as I had back pain! UBER, Taxi's, other shuttle services, and Hotel shuttles do not pick and choose, they have a standard procedure.
I just left this parking facility customer service was horrible I parked for from thurs 7/25/24-7/28/24 since I have never used this lot before I signed up for account and used a Groupon discount code. My charge with code was pose to be under $15 but because their system was down they couldn't verify that i redeem code even with me showing them the email and the app that it was used they refused to honor the coupon and charged me $47 I will never use them again and would not recommend me to anybody
Awful. No advance notification when lots are full, no signage at all. After driving to East Economy I was told they were full and to go to the 24th street lot. When I returned home (in July) and tried to exit, there was a huge line of cars due to some kind of mechanical problem with the gate. We waited over 15 minutes in the heat with no information or alternative. I contacted the customer service department and was completely rebuffed. Will never park there again. Horrible service
I prepaid for parking for a recent trip. However, upon checkout, I was informed that an additional fee was required, despite my reservation indicating otherwise. I was unable to leave until I paid this unexpected charge, which felt like my car was being held hostage. Reluctantly, I paid the fee. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue by disputing the charge with my credit card. Nonetheless, this experience was extremely unpleasant. I strongly suggest considering alternative parking options.
