The GM at the Denton location went out of her way to help us! They had a buy one get one for 50% off and we were wanting to buy two pair, however they only had one in stock and it wasn’t available on the website. She found us the second pair at the Fort Worth location we wanted and had them set them aside for us. She then went on and sold us the one she had at the 50% off and we paid the normal price at the other location. She was concerned that if we bought the first pair at her store we wouldn’t get the discount at the other location. Again, excellent customer service!!

This Skechers outlet was huge and looked great however the personnel who worked there were not knowledgeable at all. Rather than helping you find something they just had a standard line, “ If you don’t see it then we don’t have it”. Personally I feel that is a cheap cop out to not helping paying customers. There was a super nice lady at checkout that was very helpful but by that time I had enough of looking around.

Place is awesome and in awesome location but staff are not helpful. They have zero to no experience in the sketchers elite program and transferring points or helping customer to return good just purchased and reapplying the new purchase to existing sketchers elite membership I have . They are not willing to help rather they are easily skipping the customer service ethics.
